Warranty includes, 7 day replacement for defects caused during the production and identified within 7 days of receipt and prior to use. If a fault is detected prior to use as per manufacturers warranty we are able to replace the model (subject to availability). If a fault is detected after this period during the 2 year warranty free parts/ free repair will be provided (Motor,Controller related issues only). 1 year Battery Warranty.
